Why did you use routers instead of layer 3 switches for the offices? Shouldn't they have accomplished the same tasks?

from what I understand, the packets were marked by the firts router as priority 5 critical, and in the second router with output to the ISP, 20% of the bandwidth was reserved for the packets.. so the name of the classmap does not matter, but the marking used in the packets in case (5 critical)
