Is your Summer workout plan in need of a JOLT? If you're like most people, it probably does. In the Summer, it's hard to maintain the same level of enthusiasm that you had when you were working out, following proper nutrition and training to look great BEFORE the Summer had arrived.

But, maybe you've already shown up at the beach sporting a beach body that you're not that proud of and figure you might as well have fun the rest of the Summer instead of spending it trying to get a better body, build muscle, burn fat, and get in shape with not much beach time left.

Well, before you give up, you need to start looking at HOW you're training. If you're trying to get more muscular, build muscle, lose fat and get in shape by doing one hour workouts then you'll definitely not get there in time to show up on the beach looking your best. Most likely, you're overtraining.

When you train the right way however, and do workouts that tax your muscles in the shortest time necessary, you can get great results and actually regain your enthusiasm for working out again. Let this Summer Workout "JOLT" give you that Jolt that you need to get back in shape fast.

jeff i was just in that position of quitting for the summer but this video as always gets me back to the gym I am looking for something outstandingly explosive! I'm gonna do this every other day until i get tired of it then im gonna go more intense then ill send you my what i did so you can record it!

this is great cardio/ calisthenics. this WILL get you shredded, and your abs will be chiseled like a friggin statue. not to mention how healthy this is, you will be in GREAT shape if you do this 2-3 x per week (depending on how long your body takes to recover), you will have a nice strong heart and healthy lungs

8 each of the first two for me. Then 31 for the rest of them. That start was just too wicked for my abilities. Maybe someday! Thanks Jeff!

The exercises on the Smith machine can be done with a regular bar. The bit with the cables can be done with resistance bands, so yes it would quality as a 'home workout.'

i love atheal x i dont know why any one would hate it in less they cant do it lol it get all of the muscle groops and it got fat burning workout 2 ti es a week that are jut like this work out here shits crazzy

If you want the "BANE" Workout just do AX-2 with no burst training workouts lol and eat about twice what is recommended on the meal plan. I read an article saying that Tom Hardy built most of his muscle for the movie "Warrior" and packed on a little more mass for "Batman", but mostly fat as opposed to muscle.

Jeff could you make a video specifically for ectomorphs who find it hard to build muscle as effective as mesomorphs. Some inpiration for me is Zac efron he's a ectomorph and he's built up well

Unbelievable workout I think it should be 31 minutes with 8 reps those exercises are crazy, I'm all for athlean x i am on athlean x 1 at the minute at week 7 and I love it but I don't think it prepares you for these types off workouts especially this one anyone else agree ?

Looks epic! I rate I would be able to make 8 minutes if those pullups were substituted with something else lol! I can crank out 10-12 pullups usually and when I'm tired I rest and can try do more in sets of descending amounts of reps :/ like I might do 12-4-3 and the rest 1 or 2 reps which would take ages (maybe even up to 3 minutes) So there is no way I can make the 8 minutes :/

this workout which you speak of? does it do all of your body? I train for half marathon maybe 3 times a month...probably less. Just gradual improvement. I think my way wins ;)
