With sit-stand desks, look into magnet hooks/channels. The frame and legs are all metal and the hooks and channels will stick right to them without the zip ties everywhere. Additionally you won’t have to cut the zip ties and redo everything as you upgrade/change out things in your set up.

I don't understand the mindset of not wanting to drill into the bottom of your desk. You're never going to see the drill holes.
