Wonderful and honest tutorials that explain how it should be explained, quickly and concisely.

Although I didn't come here to compliment... only that to subdivide a line now the command seems to be Shift + s. A salute to you Floyd and your cousin Grover, without you I would be more ignorant.

Holy crap you're creative! I would have never thought to do soft pillows in plasticity.

When I saw the thumbnail I thought for a second "Wait since when was there a physics simulator in this!?", it looks that good!

Pure magic :) and seeing, just how good it works with organic shapes, make me think, how well this would work for characters, that are created out of splines (like in ancient tutorials, way before sculpting was a thing, f.e. that famous Joan of Arc tutorial). F.E. if you break down a leg, it´s shape can be defined by some circles/ovals and then lofted together.
I would buy Plasticity just to try that Joan of Arc tutorial out with it ^.^

Ok we now need how to make organic shapes more than hard surface

hello. I found your channel as the most concise on plasticity.
How do you think it will be as simple as possible and at the same time correctly build one half of the pearl shell?
it is important that the thickness can vary within small limits.
thanks

at 0:38 when I tried to get the arc curve to snap to the new mirrored curve... ugh, it really didn't want to do that. I had snapping enabled too. Also the outer edge of my lofted sheets, made the pipe kinda wavy. Weird. Think I'm gonna try again. Maybe tomorrow.

Great exercise. Initially I failed to set the second curve on an axis. How do I align a curve with an axis after the fact, and/or align the mirror tool to an edge?

Hmm...Alt-1 did not work for me. I user the Rebuild option

When I try to join the mirrored parts, they will not join??

I can't get this thing to work. If on thing works something else doesn't. You use the expression ALT 1. I am using a Mac which does not have ALT.

How do you align an object to another object. For example centre align a rectangle to the centre of a sphere? Thanks

Hi! Can you show how to taper / scale a face in just one axis? This doesnt seem to be possible atm? Scalin a face in one direction doesnt work.
