Honestly it feels like too many Genshin players never played a gacha before Genshin. They don't understand how bad they are treated

This situation proved both Techtone and Mtashed correct with their concerns and opinions in the past. Before many people were hating these two all because they were being brutally honest about genshin. Now people are on the same side including myself, Genshin already messed up but to see them not say anything about it and even going further to use bots as "damage control" really gave everyone a horrible taste. If Genshin doesn't change for the better, then they deserve to lose all of their credit and players, i don't care if they make good stories or whatever. If you aren't gonna listen to people's feedback and make changes for the better, then you pay the price of losing your fans and players.

we international players should all come together and voice out our opinions. A measly free 10-20 pulls is not enough anymore, we shouldn't sit back and accept shit that mihoyo is giving us. Cai Haoyu is the main problem, he is the director for Genshin, which he was previously for honkai impact 3rd which the game is terrible and after he left and pass to David jiang the game significantly improved. And now genshin is suffering. It's all thanks to that guy.

The issue lies with streamers who claim it's acceptable when the rewards provided aren't substantial, as they can easily obtain them through purchases, such as new characters. This process demands a significant amount of time and effort for players who are F2P or only invest in Welkin Moon or Battle Pass. Unfortunately, we, as F2P or low spenders, bear the brunt of this disrespect from hoyo.

i never liked turn based games so i was skeptical about hsr but my girlfriend made an account for me and asked me to try it out, and now its been over 2 weeks since ive logged into genshin. The crazy thing is i've never once gone more than 2 days without logging in and now after trying out hsr and watching the 2.0 livestream i almost dont wanna go back to genshin for anything other than story since ive already beaten abyss and all there left for me is to min max my artifacts on other characters that i dont give a shit about. and the 4.4 livestream for genshin makes me feel like ive been wasting my time hoping genshin could improve

I've been playing Genshin for 3 years now, and I've been following you Teccy for 2 years. Thank you Tectone for keeping it real all this time and advocating for us players for better treatment! Your concerns to me has always been valid and Genshin Team has no excuse not to treat their players better.
I spent quite a lot, and by no means do I use this as entitlement to get more freebies... however, to have such below rock bottom care for their players both F2P and P2W, to only get less than 10 pulls on some of their most anticipated event is really more than a shame. Genshin Impact I pity you.
(also thank you for your sacrifices which fundamentally changed the weapon banner! You prove not all heroes wear capes)
