I don't have any bulges or changes in my abdomen structure. I just feel sharp pain and that pain was gone because of given heat pads for 10 days and proper rest after then i started playing again and the pain came back after 30 days. do u think it is a normal injury that needs proper rest?

Any advice on my situation? My nerve was cut to the rectus abdominis during emergency surgery so it’s paralyzed and atrophied in the lower region and the upper is weak and useless. It’s been this way for 23 years. Any chance to build other an muscles so I can just do something as simple as sitting up without assistance? 😕

Athletes missing hip IR and extension, with a anterior pelvic tilt and too much load, that describes me quite well, in addition to how you described the sports hernia. You lost me at how gut smashing would help any of that. It’s never helped in the past. Load management and keeping hip rotation has always been the most effective thing

Hi I'm a large, big bellied guy. It's been two weeks since I slipped playing badminton onto my stomach, injuring my left side of the stomach. I had scans done, and no damage was found.
I'm in so much pain I can't sleep, I feel pain in my stomach when moving left or right
When I breathe or cough, I feel pain
Will it go away?

I have 3 kids all c section have a separation. But not i have small groin lump looks a little blue around area, hurts when i touch deep in my hip snapping and locks. But i also have a dent going in on that side of my stomach. Going for hip xray soon. I do have impingement on the other side.

I wish doctors were willing to accept women can get these and not everything is period pain. Suffered with horrific hernias for years after an assault bc of medical incompetence/bikini medicine. Thank you for this.

i dont know what my problem might be but my upper left ab is now a lot smaller i did feel a little pain at the gym but i dont feel much pain now its more like the feeling that one side has gotten big that it to big for me to pull my self forward its a mild pushy feeling
