My only question for twitch is: when my chat asks me “who else are you talking to?” And I say “I am live on Twitch and YouTube” since they asked who I was talking to does that break the rule? 🤔

Are we allowed to say “yeah” when asked if we are doing multi stream? And what if someone says “who are you responding to?” Are we allowed to say “I’m multi streaming” as long as you don’t say where?

I don’t like how botrix wants you to grant them access to all your YouTube account including allowing them to delete videos/comments. I guess I’ll have to have a browser open with YouTube behind obs.

That’s so stupid with the chat. You let us multi stream & everything needs to be equal, but we can’t have all of the chat. That means Kick & YouTube won’t have their respective chats on their platforms

Is there a way to combine chats into 1 where viewers can all see? Everyone mentions overlay but that’s not allowed as you mentioned here. Otherwise those chat combiners are just for the streamer to see

So in the rules its stated "You do not use 3rd party services that combine activity from other platforms or services on your Twitch stream during your simulcast, such as merging chat or other features, to ensure the Twitch community is included in the entirety of the experience of your livestream." Wouldn't this include alerts on stream and posted in chat as well?

If really consider what they rules do. They want simucasts to be advertsiments for you Twitch on other platforms but not the other way around. Now for anyone who considers Twitch there MAIN platform anyway, that's perfect for them, but any of use who either have a more balanced aduince OR who's audince happens to grow an a platform that isn't Twitch, forces us to EITHER degrade the experince for our main aduince OR just stop streaming to Twitch so we can give features like on screen chat or alerts to said platforms.

Just wondering based on the wording, could you have 1 on screen chatbox with twitch chat, and a 2nd box on a different part of the screen that has youtube and/or kick chat?

Great video mate, just to add about YouTube, you said to test you need to set the stream public, but you can set it to Unlisted and test the chat and everything else👍

What about Alerts? Are we allowed to have Alerts from other platforms pop up on our Twitch stream? I thought you weren't allowed to do that either?

I'm a bit late to this but if I'm streaming on twitch and tiktok, can I say something like "if you're on tiktok come to the twitch stream"? Would that be considered promoting another platform even though I'm telling people to come to twitch?

if you setup botrix chatbot settings, does that mean you also have to uncheck "hide bots' in the chat widget? or does that not apply to botrix chatbot?

I’m having an issue when I try to multi stream to TikTok and twitch, when I try to go live it says it can’t get my credentials to stream on TikTok but when it sends to to confirm I can go live, it says I have access.. so what is the issue?😭
