DOJ re-indicts Trump in election subversion case; sidesteps new Supreme Court immunity rules

After a delay to recalibrate following the Supreme Court's presidential immunity ruling, DOJ Special Counsel Jack Smith filed a superseding indictment against Donald Trump in the federal election subversion case, tailoring the charges to accommodate the Supreme Court's new rules. Mary McCord, former federal prosecutor and co-host of the "Prosecuting Donald Trump" podcast, discusses the details with Ali Velshi.
