Jack, Liz, Bob, Bruce & Joyce Reunite Decades Later On WBZ-TV

As part of WBZ’s 70th anniversary, we brought the team back together to catch up with the viewers, and each other. That magic that they shared all those years ago, was still present.

Growing up in the 70s and 80s as a kid I always watch this great news team they always made me laugh thanks Bob, Liz, Jack, Joyce and RIP Bruce for a great outstanding job and great news team

Growing up in Duxbury MA in the '80's we watched WBZ every night at dinner. Lobel was my favorite. I remember getting my Mom to take me to the Hanover Mall on a Tuesday night because Bob Lobel was going to make an appearance and give a talk. Lol. Got to shake his hand and say hi. Simpler times....better times.

Love them all! My mom had a crush on Bruce and let my dad know about it any chance she got! I liked Bob's sense of humor. I actually met him in a coffee shop over a decade ago. Real nice guy.

I'm pretty sure there's no better news team in the  world then Jack, Liz, Bob, Bruce, and Joyce. I wish they were still doing news together .

Ah...the REAL WBZ-TV. The news crew then was so much better than what they have now. Of course, I'm old enough to remember the great morning (just a 15 minute newscast called Daily Almanac) and noon team of Jack Chase, Don Kent, and Shelby Scott. And remember when Liz stood up for Womens rights when she refused to quit simply because she was a single woman who became pregnant? This crew had integrity!

Jack, Liz, Bob, Bruce, and Joyce. that's an awesome team of people. Although I'm only familiar with Jack since I think he was there the longest. Jack left WBZ TV in 2015
