I’m looking into a new amp after having the schiit fulla 4(E). How does this compare to the Fiio k7 or the ifi zen dac v2?

Last time I checked in the comments section on drop's page for this amp, there was a controversy regarding if this amp is truly fully balanced or not and it seems it's not, it just has the 4-pin XLR for convinience but for what I could gather, this amp does benefit, at least a little bit if you feed it with a fully balanced source, so keep that in mind

If sound quality a bit inferior to THX AAA 789 as i understand from this particular review - what have we gained here? Drop suggests that sound quality is a bit better, waiting for more reviews and reactions.
