Can someone please help me with this question. The institutional traders have to report their postions to the CFTC on tuesday. On friday the COT report is published. My question is, when will this report start having a noticable effect on the market? On friday when the report is published or the following monday? During the weekend the brokers are closed so no real trading is taking place. Thank you
