There is Red and NIR. My understanding is that they are two different things. The NIR may affect the brown pigmentation, if it does, stop using it and just use the Red light.

Thank you for this precious information! I wonder if you can overdo red light and it will harm the fat and collagen, too 🤔 Any news about the thyroid massage? That information was epic! 😍Do you still do it?

I used the mask for one year, no problems in the beginning but the red bulbs started to flicker and went out after a year. I tried contact customer service via email, phone calls and social media with nobody ever responding. The mask also does no have lights along the upper lip so will only indirectly treat this area.
