I'm still running my 1080ti no problem. It becomes a bit slower but I still manage good enough performance at the time. I'll upgrade to a 5000 series and a 4k monitor when next generation is out. 7 years later. I really bought the Greatest card ever imo

1080Ti lacks mesh shaders so it suffers in Alan Wake 2 but other than that it's still surprisingly serviceable in 1440p

are all these games running on ultra settings? I want to get a guage for how well the cards run but ill only play on high/very high most of the time.

The hi-end card can handle a sustained fps (may not stutter) when loaded data to vram.

Had a 1080Ti years back and it was no doubt the best value card I had, was amazing at 1440p gaming and some 4k too. Sadly it's time is gone and it isn't a card you'd really buy unless you're on a budget but it was one of the greats

difference is huge already like see cyberpunk and starfield, but 4000 series also has dlss3 and framegen which can further the gap even larger

If we crank down the setting to medium and FHD the 1080TI still is enjoyable. I wish I had one back then... I'd probably still keep it.

It is not a suprise that a 6-7 years younger gpu is faster but its still amazing that a 7 years old gpu can handle actually games in native resolution with avg 30 fps. A gtx 1080 ti in combination with fsr 2 should be push it to 60 fps avg. But im not sure if fsr working on a old card 🤔
