True story: my doctor was concerned about my abnormally low heart rate of 42. I had to tell that nerd it was due to being a serious runner and I wasn't dying or anything. I got to mention my superior cardiac fitness while also dunking on a doctor so that's a double humble brag.

As runners we see many tips on what we always should do before and after a run. Stretching, foam rolling, food, yoga, etc. Etc.
I guess as a serious runner you do all of them? Can you take us through your routine?
