what is true horn cyst? sk is supposed to have both pseudo-horn cysts and true horn cysts

If in a thickened surface squamous epithelium, one sees squamous eddies and kertain pearls and a very mild dysplasia, does the presence of squamous eddies and kertain pearls make it a SCC-in-situ? or, can the squamous eddies and kertain pearls be seen in a squamous papillom aor Seb keratosis?Thank you.

The color problem of your microscope is due to light path issue.It will be resolved with condesor, diaphragm and light focusing lens adjustments.
