I make my dog healthiest with many things, such as; hearts, kidneys, trimmings from skinning/butchering from critters such as the following; deer, elk, bear, cougar, wild pig, cows, domesticated pigs, the occasional chicken when one gets loose and no one is home, and critters he kills just because. His pappy, may he rest in peace, was raised the same and lived to be 18 yrs old. He was a German Shepard / Gray Wolf mix. He trained by running on a treadmill (weighted vest on), pulling the canoe across the pond (started one day on his own and just kept doing it till he couldn't swim any more), cliff jumping off 80 ft cliff at the lake, runnning beside the car at the grass runway (top speed clocked at 29 mph), pulling his boy on a skateboard at speeds that would get you a ticket in a school zone and wrestling with his boy until he was a man. To those that say, why wouldn't you stop him from doing the crazy stuff... if he wasn't hurting anyone or their pets and enjoyed the activity, you didn't stop the Doobie Bro (Doobie Brothers), or he may just stop you. That dog would only listen to me and the kiddo, no one else, and he only listened 87% of the time. He killed, on his own, a 3 point white tail buck, took out the things throat. The buck had a head start. Since it was his we cut it up into chunks and froze them after removing the hide, gut bag, and would toss him a frozen chunk every once in a while. He almost killed a meth-head trying to stab my boy with an old boot knife. Dog was a legend. He must have sired many pups because some days he would get jittery and then he'd take off and we wouldn't see him for a day or two. Once, my buddy who lives anout 10 miles away brought him home. Said he was trying to break into his neighbors house. They had a female that wasn't fixed.

All sounds great except for the part where it's all unnecessary. Any properly formulated kibble has all of the vitamins, minerals, and macronutrients your dog needs.

But ofc she wants to make it seem like these are necessary and will make your dog "healthier" (without really touching on what she means) because she wants you to buy her ebooks. If she wasn't so hard into the "holistic" camp maybe she would know enough about actual science to know that nothing here is necessary for the dog but the kibble.
