This is a really cute video but I’m just saying, the mom was not “careless” she just didn’t know the baby fell off her back. Fun fact opossum moms are actually really protective over there baby’s. But I will say this video is still really cute <3

I Love Opossums So Much!! They're So Sweet and Adorable!!! These Marsupials are so great for our environment. They eat most anything. Also they're Eco-friendly because they eat mosquitoes and things like that. They've been bitten by snakes and because their system is so strong they survive. I Love You Baby!!!❤❤🎉🎉😊😊❤❤❤❤

A fellow possum rescuer & Lover. They are truly amazing creatures & quite fascinating. They are immune to rattlesnake bits & will travel over 25 miles to return to their place of birth or home. I've rescued, raised then rereleased back to the wild 4 of them. I absolutely hope for more I so love them❣️

Theyre so docile as long as they're not a mom with babies. They will show their teeth and drool to try to look scary belut they're actually not aggressive unless protecting their babies. When they pass out it's actually unintentionally and it's do to overstimulation. They will have a odor come from their mouth and butt when this happens to make animals think they're dead. They often get frostbite because their fingers, tails and ears aren't covered in fur, exposed to the cold. They live short lives 2-3 years. Get ran over trying to get food people throw out their cars. They live sad brutal lives.
