Stock up on first-aid supplies and learn how to use them in case emergency services are unavailable. Can't get off any prescription meds? Stock up on that, too.

I didn’t think about land. That should be on the top of the list of you can afford it.

I also keep powder concrete and sealers. As long as they don't get wet you're good. And soil for plants. And a random potato you wanna throw in to continue to grow every now and then. I also have rechargeable batteries and a portable ice maker. Ice is very much needed as I have a condition that makes me not sweat. Heat stroke is not an option. I also have comfort items liek hard candies puzzle books etc and things for my child of course. As well as items kids might need. Charcoal is another one. You can use for so many different things

You should also have tools to protect yourselves when wildfire is there… We are seeing a lot of wildfires happening lately..

hey. from one Jason to another. I need help with ALL of these. please. just a roll of chicken wire would be fantastic! or 2 or 10... umm.. land... tools, alcohol, food, water, I actually have some toiletries saved. not much but some. Anyway, any help would be appreciated. southwest nc.

There MUCH more "reliable/renewable" (and VERY much cheaper than chooks) food-supply on hand. And you don't have to feed them or worry about preserving then. I call them 'neighbours'.

there's only two items i need to stockpile

1. canned meats & vegetables

2. water bottles

doesn't eat so much space and can be consumed right away you'll never have the luxury to cook or catch a chicken in a survival times just pick things that can be eaten right away 😂😂😂

Do not stockpile toilet paper is only has two to three uses, on the other hand paper towel has those three plus multiple others if you use it right it actually does a better job at those first three
