How could 100% of the business be done in the home office if most of it occurs while physically out driving, or in my situation working on location as a freelance photographer? I was told this has to be a smaller percentage because the office is only used for business admin tasks/photo editing while the rest takes place outside the office. It could only be 100% if your job strictly takes place in the home office, that’s why it asks multiple times to confirm your answer.

Because 1099 contractors are taxed twice, do you need to file twice? Once as an individual and once as a business?
