Not surprised it was someone on absolutely nobodies radar. Feel horrible for the multiple people in the victims social circle who were accused and vilified by all the online sleuths.

Dude committed the murders and took a road trip back to his parents home on the East Coast. That knife could be anywhere. I don't think he ever returned to the apartment in Washington state. He went on night runs for 6-7 miles. He was fit and in shape. Looks tall and he's wearing a suicide vest in the mugshot. He's definitely the guy and I can't wait to see what they find in the vehicle and his parents home. His phone and internet data will be crazy too. It was maybe an all or nothing thing in his mind because he wouldn't have a second chance since he was already headed back to the East Coast for the winter holiday and Kaylee was no longer living there but she was back visiting before the move to Austin for good. He could've been an old sugar daddy or someone she didn't take seriously at all. Raged out. The second charge is burglary so he definitely hid inside of the home and waited until everyone was sleeping. Him speeding out of the town pass a gas station at 3:45 am shows that he didn't take a long time committing the murders. He executed & left when he was done and probably only got nervous after the fact. Adrenaline is like that. He parked on the street behind the house and went straight towards the east coast. There's definitely DNA in the car from the blood on the walls and beds inside of the home. It would be a stretch if they found the clothes but he might have disposed of all that. Not like they need any of that for a conviction. They have much more than the DNA at the scene I'm sure. You don't track someone down with nothing

They say 2 other guys was caught with the elantra in P.A. on car theft but Jason is Emily's brother...Emily went out with hunter & hunter hung out with the killer from time to time. I think that's the connection.

If this became a cold case imagine Xena's or Kaylee's sister actually enrolling at way and taking Crim just courses as a blog commentator said she was. This is not what she would want for here sisters memory finding out one the killer was her instructor, mentor, advisor, friend?, coffee mate or?, good catch .

I've heard that he is a hardcover Heroin addict. If he's been using heroin he will be sick from withdrawal

That language would not attract anyone to a study, i do not think he was a bonafide student but more of someone whose studies went in one ear and out the other., like the inmates are going to be prosecuted in front of him.

That is dedication right there, to travel far to kill four students and make it back on time for next semester, man lol.
