My DIY DSLR Camera Rig

This is my DIY camera rig made of aluminium instead of buying a high priced rig out of asia...
It's all that I need and it fits my Canon EOS 700 D like a glove, so a perfect combination. Feel free to comment - but please nothing about black eloxal-colour...I know the last step is missing... ;-)

Looks like a professional one. Very well done. Where do I find the filmcity stuff. Seems to be more  of a cheapo brand. Can't find it at my favorite camera store.

I really like how you have built this camera rig - it's very detailed engineering. I was thinking of buying a shoulder rig, but curious as to how you feel about it over the long-term when used hand-held (on the shoulder if you have the option). It seems that whenever I look for shoulder-based rig reviews on YouTube that not many have been uploaded between 2016-2018. What do you think? Thanks Tony
