Thanks for the video. I was able to replace both rear ABS speed sensors using your instructions. Had a little trouble getting the left one out from behind the tank, but it eventually came out.

Changed my sensor. It intermittently works. Same problem as before the replacement. I'm guessing it's bad wiring from the pigtail coming from the abs module side. A small amount of wiring hangs out through a rubber grommet. I'm thinking it's in that area, but not sure.

Accessing the sensor on the ground sucks. Your back and neck is going to be sore the next day, lol.

You can't rotate the tires on the rear unless the car is on a hoist, so the only way to test the sensor itself is to tape a chunk of metal to the side of a drill and put the sensor close to the spinning metal to see if you get a reading.

You can check for continuity through the wiring, but a spinning metal object that's intermittent is what the sensor is looking for.

I threw caution to the wind and just replaced the sensor, but it's not the fix in my case. Now I have to go find the break in the wiring between the female harness all the way to the engine bay.

i have an 06 charger RT and i was just curious if this could be the reason the car will not burn out??my traction control light doesn't turn on my itself or anything but even with it off it i can't lock up the front breaks and burn out.just asking around or is there a traction control BAS module that can be replaced ?thanks

How do you I connect the sensor from the connector??? I can not get the sensor unplugged! The red thing on the connector is what’s killing me! Do you push it, pull it, need a tool for it?? HELP PLEASE

After replacing the sensor will the check engine light go off. Or do you need to have it reset by the dealership?

Got this code on 2014 Grand Caravan, couldn't remove the sensor from hub (rusted in). Replaced hub and sensor as a combo. Didn't fix the code, still there.
