Another good trick with the Ktm and husky when doing an oil change is that when you drain the screen or the oil filter that you can wrap a little bit of aluminum foil around the frame so it doesn’t get all over the fram and flows right into the oil drain instead of making a mess

i have told many riders about leaving the lever perch a little loose, so on impact, the lever will rotate on the bar, instead of breaking. like your videos mate. peace

Good idea with the hole in the grease can, the grease on the brake reservoir bolts, fluid in a squeeze bottle, etc. good tips here for sure no matter how long you’ve been working on bikes. Thanks for the knowledge!

Great video guys. I always see guys with bikes who buy aftermarket parts to make their bike look cool or perform better but never do any maintenance. So instead of servicing suspension, engine, or brakes they throw parts at it to try to compensate for degraded performance. These guys need to watch your videos.

i always put air filter oil in a plastic shopping bag and kneed it around inside the bag first then put filter in bag and it very evenly disperses the oil into filter NICE LITTLE TIP FOR U TO TRY

I use a couple of wraps of Teflon thread tape under all of my clamp-on bar controls. It lets you crank the bolts down a little more snug but the parts will still rotate in a crash.

14.00 *Japanese* screws are often a specialized size, getting the correct tool for the screw results in less stripping - yes they do 'stick' but I have found that people who use the incorrect tool often strip more often than those that use the correct tool

The Japanese bikes do not have philips screws on the brake cover, they have JIS (Japanese industry standard) use the right tools on them then you do not need to drill them out ;)
