You can tell she has no children because the rough hairs on all the parents that have got there after they had children aren’t on her. Baby race has shown that neither Chili or Bandit had rough hairs same for all the other moms at mothers group it could be from getting older but brandy is older than chili and has none. If I’m wrong she probably has a different texture of hair.

This is one of the reasons bluey is a great show, it actually tries to be realistic and not always overly happy and wholesome like most preschool shows

Fun fact: their dog breed is actually known for fertility problems and its implied that chilli has also had a miscarriage before bluey and wanted more kids

Here's how I picture the adoption scene to be:
Brandy walks into the orhanage and looks at all the children but can't decide on which one. Suddenly, she stumbles upon a very scared little toddler and tries to introduce herself but the kid is just too scared. Then someone working there tells Brandy that the kid had been rescued from a pretty bad home life. Then Brandy and this little toddler have like a little moment, a little spark and they both just know that they were mean't to be together. That would be amazing.

When I first saw this ep I thought Bingo WAS Brandy's child but that she didn't have the means to raise her, and doesn't want to hurt her so they pretend Chili is her bio Mom and that she regretted her choice and honestly that self theory emotionally wrecked me for days

To be fair Brandy's dissapearance is basically explained in-story because it is so hard for them to see Chilli & Co without getting thoughts of infertility
