NICE! I also implemented doing poly rhythms so left hand does 3/4 and right hand does 4/4 and on each semitone up I switch! haha

I've incorporate this into my practice routine and really started to get more movement our of my 4th finger and pinky! Thanks Adam, really enjoy following this video!

I did this for awhile but the stretching was detrimental to the tendinitis I have(although I might have overdone it) so my practice now consists of the scale practice that Lennie Tristano prescribed some of which is particularly challenging to say the least.

this one is very difficult. and cant avoid tension in my hands and I'm afraid to persist and hurt myself... any tips on that would be very welcome!

Definitely not for beginners...
For me at least, GFEDC and C D E F G, then ascending and descending by whole steps will still be very beneficial and spare me a tendonitis that would probably keep me away from the piano for a loooong time! :(

Man. I can barely reach that right hand octave with my stubby fingers. I think with a little work and conditioning I can get there.
