I had a knee replacement surgery a year ago. It did not go well at all. I ended up getting an infection in my knee 3wks after. I was put on an oral medication however a couple weeks later I had a wound dehiscence because my knee opened up. I had to have another surgery to clean wound, mua, and stitches put in. After my 30 visits my insurance didn't want to pay. Needless to say my knee retracted instead of being extended. Had a brace ordered to help reextend the knee but my flexion is not there. Finally after the 11th month my doctor is having me get a nerve block & if it does not help back to the operating room I go! I'm just tired of the pain & depression & anxiety this has caused. I truly appreciate your information. It has been very helpful. God Bless

I had the RFA done last week because i experience a lot of pain after having 5 surgeries in my knee including a TKR. I’m not out of pain yet but I’m hoping it will settle down in the next week or two. My worry is the procedure will cause scar tissue as I have arthrofibrosis, do you know if this will be the case? Thanks so much for your informative video on this.
