The Up Series may be the most profoundly beautiful, remarkable, inspirational documentary series ever made. It follows a group of seven year olds every 7 years until age 63. Don't miss it.

No one lets you down in this brilliant documentary.
I love every single one of them simply for allowing us to have a quick look into their lives
the truth is I never expect much from them, not at all what they might think people who watch the series expect to see, we are basically all rooting for them to find happiness that is all its not about being successful or famous though i guess that is a nice thing too we just want those little children who we saw at the beginning aged 7 to be happy.

R.I.P Lynn she was one of my favorites and boy did she make a difference giving so much of herself a very decent selfless woman who got to see her beautiful grand kids and had a lovely husband who she was obviously smitten with even I am sure up to her untimely passing.

R.I.P. Michael Apted who died 7 January 2021. I have always been enthralled by this series as I'm the same age as these Up kids and have always especially identified with them, us all growing up at the same time. So sad there will surely not be a 70 Up now, as nobody could fill Michael Apted's shoes. It's a pity that Susie pulled out of 63 Up despite saying at 56 in the above trailer that she would stay loyal.

What a beautiful series, I grew up in Manchester England and remember my mum and dad and me and my brothers and sisters watching it in the seventies, brings back a lot off wonderful memories I get very emotional when I watch it both in a good way and sad because my parents and 1 brother are no longer here all past away 🙏❤ just reminds me off my childhood and when I grew up and how life flys by I much have watched all the series probably 20 times god bless the people who have passed away

An absolute genius of an idea for a totally revolutionary documentary by the amazing Michael Apted. Just brilliant.

Yes, Neil, my heart goes out to him too. What a privilege to be able to follow the lives of these people, and thanks to the creator, Michael Apted, without whom this would not have been possible.

Not been able to keep a dry eye as I realize I am aging with them. I am 59 and these are my people.

A sensational series, one of the greatest in film history. I first became privy to these extraordinary documentaries in the mid 1990s when I believe they were around '35 Up'. Make it a point to never miss any of these truly groundbreaking works. I eagerly anticipate '63 Up' in 2019.

Definitely want to see this. Such an interesting documentary. There is nothing like this out there.

I think this documentary series does a lot more than what people are claiming "Boyhood" did.

Neil is in it. Charles is not in it (as usual) and he isn't mentioned this time around at all.

Peter's back, so it's kind of nice to see what he's been up to after all this time.

can you watch this as a stand alone movie or should you watch the other ones in order?

Neil is in this installment. Only Charles Furneaux, who hasn't appeared since 21 Up, is included this time around.

I've seen each and every one of the 7-Up series. The last installment 49-Up was a little boring. Is it the middle age slump? My favorite, overwhelmingly, of the cast is Neil. My heart goes out to him.. He seems so isolated yet transient.
