Father Daughter Meeting / Reunion after 30 years

The first 50 seconds is us waiting for him to come off the plane. Just imagine the anxiety! Finally he comes around the corner.....
I feel the need to update this post. I never imagined it would be so popular and get so many views. I really just wanted to store it and share it with the family. That being said, I'm glad it has affected so many in a positive way.
This is my dear friend who was reunited with her father and I'm not at liberty to divulge the details of their separation. Anyway, I don't believe it matters much in the end because they now have a healthy, loving relationship that grew out of grace and forgiveness. That is what is important and probably why is elicits so much emotion from those involved and those witnessing it.

My mother found and met her biological father a few years ago and when she finally made contact she learned that he was dying of colon cancer. The first time she met him he was on his death bed and he died the next morning. His last wish was to see her. :/
On the bright side she learned she had 6 half brothers and sister and they had been trying to find her all those years as well. So she may have lost a father but she gained a family.

If any man doubts how much he is needed in his child’s life, just look at how this grown woman is clinging to her father. It’s as if she is absorbing in that hug all the years she missed her Daddy. There are so many videos of men and women who had holes in their hearts that was filled by reuniting with their fathers. A mother’s love is precious, but equally so is a father’s. Biology backs that up as we get 50/50 of our DNA from our parents.

Thats just wonderful to see, , a Father always wants to meet his daughters, its what I want too, many times breaks -up cause this and the daughters are told things and make the fathers out to be monsters. I know because Iam one of them.
