The "my Joey" one broke me because their whole interaction speaks to her not always remembering.
His hesitation while greeting her and her delayed reaction at first was sweet cause anyone who's experenced this can tell she knows he's one of "her people" (someone she loves and feels safe with even if she doesn't KNOW them) and he was likely ready to be whichever person she thought him to be or to go unnamed but loved.
Then for her to say "my Joey" and for them to just have that moment...that's a special golden memory.

Very bitter sweat because you come to terms with the fact that they may never know who you are again and to hear "my baby!" Brought so much joy and comfort and at the same time almost broke me
