Good work. If you want your OP to go up even faster. Start doing DIPS or close grip benches to make the triceps stronger. They will assist the delts alot then.

2 quick tips for you. Do not breath out with the weight over your head like that. It destabilizes your core and that's why you wobble (this is also applicable to the top of a deadlift or at the any part of a squat). Breath into your stomach and press it out into your belt as a brace. Complete the movement entirely up and down, then breath, brace again and repeat. Second tip is do not leave the weight over your head so long. Think of throwing the weight through the roof (while still keeping a firm grip on the bar) then come right back down in a controlled but quick manner. Bodybuilding is slow reps, powerlifting is quick. The more time spent up there, the more strength is lost through your shoulder, back and core trying to stabilize you.

You have the potential, just need to work on technique.

How long have you been training for, and have you done a 1 rep?
I just hit 50kg for 13 reps on my channel and I'm only 74kg but I've been training for a good 2 years now. You will literally get your strength up so quick being 100 kilos, like depending on how much you do a week, I reckon in a months time you'll rep 60

Well done and nice ROM! Coming closer to 50kg for reps myself. May be easier to breathe like on deadlift: breathe in and out only when you are down, breathe in to the belly, the body stays firm and the abs contractd for the entire lift!

if you're not using leg drive thats a military press, which is even harder than an overhead press so good job bro

have you ever tried using a closer grip? I think you'd be a lot stronger if you switched to a grip just outside of shoulder width

I bought one of those and I'm my house I can do the same I'm short and fat people say that I'm weak but I never trained I don't think 50 kg is easy
