I was able to get the linear field to put the material on the Text at 46:00 but when I render it renders without the material. What am I missing? I got the Text - remesh connect - material - selection tag and the linear field. Thanks in advance.

17:40 is the perfect showcase of what I love in C4D: Just going for it and getting lost. There's so much stuff I made this way that I ended up scrapping because it just wasn't anything I'd be proud of but it's just so much fun to mess around with. <3

I'm not seeing the random walk SSS option. Anyone know why not? I only have redshift that was included with C4d. No license for gpu render yet. Do I need that?

Is the OpenColorIO and ACES only for redshift? Doesn't seem to affect colours in Octane.

Hi¡ i have a question, hope you could read it, how is it possible to have or to keep uv maps working with volume builder/mesher? I like a lot what you could achive with the tool, but cant find a way to get uv maps while I keep the object no editable, for example in a previous project I modeled a sneaker sole using the volume builder because all the details, letters, textures, insets and so on, and i wanted to animate the reveal of the sole, like liquid fullfilling a mold, but when I try to apply a texture on it, the texture slipped along the object. Will apreciate if you take this subject in one of your streams, cheers¡
