5 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp  Smoked paprika
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp dried mustard
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp ground black pepper Powder
Salt to taste

Made these last night and it was GREAT! I used club soda instead of water and I only had the fries in the freezer for maybe 20 min and they still came out SO GOOD!

RECIPE HACK!! If you buy frozen french fries from the grocery store, you can skip everything and go straight to putting the batter on them and frying. Since they're already frozen and were fried before shipping to stores ;)

I find you can make bigger batches that dont stick if you just put the basket in & put the fries straight into the oil, they start frying before they can stick to something else, hope this helps!

Here is a tip so the fries don't stick together. I've worked In restaurants making fries. Put all the fries in the basket, put the basket in the oil. What you do is, several times, while the fries are cooking, pull the basket out of the oil and give the basket a good vigorous shake back and forth ten times or so. Do it several times while they are cooking. This way, the fries won't stick together.

I came to the right place, this is just what I needed. Now all I have to do is figure out how, when their already "Seasoned" to freeze them and cook them later like the pre - packaged Rally's Seasoned Fries.
