Hello Lucy!! I wanted to tell how happy I am I found your channel. I turned 40 in March and discovered somehow I put on 60lbs over the past 3 years. Up until 3 years ago I worked out everyday but slowly I stopped working out and eating healthy. Everytime I would try to to get back in shape I could barely make it through a warm up. I would get frustrated and stop trying. 3 weeks ago I found one of your 7 minute 7 day videos. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the results! Thank you Lucy for getting me back on track.

I love your 7 minute workouts. I could be sitting around tired and unmotivated, then think to myself that surely I have it in me to do a 7 minute workout. Made a playlist and once I’ve done one of the workouts I’m motivated to keep going. Before I know it I’ve done 5-6 of them. This morning I recommended your videos to a friend of mine. Thank you! ❤️

Thank you so much for your videos! I am a new subscriber and I am so excited to start this journey with your videos! I am a mom of 3 and I have a 2 month old and I am just feeling so down on myself. I have really put my health and fitness aside cuz my kids keep me so busy but watching you has given me motivation to make myself healthy for my kids and be a good example! And I LOVE how you said it all comes down to eating healthy ( which is so hard for me) and exercise! Thank you for being so honest, you are such a beautiful soul!!
