This is exactly how i recovered from a cervical sprain and torn rotator cuff ! My scap and upper traps on right side went dormant because of improper recover frorm the injury .... this is imo is the ultimate way to train back my gain in 14 weeks are crazy .... from 2 pull ups to 4x7 and 12 pushups to 4x20 archers

I also like to do chins to supinated ausies to supinated ring curls then stand back up and finish with ring face pulls.
