Please, make a video on the genealogies of Matthew and Luke. They are causing me a ton of trouble.

NO arguments are mentioned by atheists as a powerful proof of God’s existence. If we believed it was proof, we wouldn’t be atheists, would we? And the fine tuning argument has been debunked many times, it’s not the least bit convincing.

The more we know the more it points to God, amen.
Jesus lives! ♥️ and is Yahweh God 🙏🏻 Christ ✝️ and King 👑

It's more like winning at poker with royal flushes 10 times in a row, every day of your entire life.

We only exist because the universe is perfect. The universe didn't choose us. We chose the universe

I'm an atheist and the fine tuning argument doesn't convince me in the slightest. In fact, if anything, it strengthens my physicalism.

Perhaps? What evidence do have we have that the constants and forces in our universe *could* be any different? If there is significant mathematical or experimental evidence for that claim, I’d love to see it. The fine-tuning argument is one of the last ones standing between me and agnosticism, which is not a position I particularly want to take

The strength of the fine tuning argument isn't that it has evidence of design. The strength of this argument is that it disguises its presupposition within a scientific conclusion. It presents as a materialistic hypothesis but can only be disputed with abstract ideas.

I dont think atheists fear this argument. That is a bit exaggerated, lol.

We have to hold the position of inexistence of any concept at all, and start from this point the fine tuning

One of the arguments that Christians are most afraid of is the coarse tuning argument…

Hitchens said, that of all the arguments for God, the finetuning was the most convincing. However he still said it was a pretty bad argument.

As a Catholic various forms of the Design Argument including this have their moments - but no, in the end it doesn't work.
For me the Ontological Argument has a rare beauty - but does it work .... Not quite ...

"The odds that the universe would be life-permitting would be almost zero, like winning 10 poker games in a row with a royal flush."

I'm sorry but there's no grounds to affirm this, we have no way to attribute probability to the values of the constants. There is no data-generating process, not even any reason to assume that they were decided randomly. We simply don't know where rhey came from and as far as we know, it could be that the values they take are the only values possible because of some constraint.

This is one of the worst arguments for god. Like even first cause fallacies are better and that's saying something.

I have never encountered a SOUND argument that demonstrated any particular god to be a reality.

No this isnt a good argument, in an infinite universe, no matter how low the odds are, it's essentially guaranteed to happen at least once

It took ~9 billion years for life to appear on this planet. This Universe was not fine-tuned for life.
