Spent some of my youth in and around quarries and open cast mines with my dad, they are busy and dangerous sites, but so interesting and the machines are fascinating. This guy is typical of the kind of hard working people I knew on the sites...It feels so familiar, the guys I met were always willing to show you things and talk through the operations...really liked this, thankyou for taking me back to my youth, a thousand years ago...

I work with trains at the quarry from the other side. The company I work for takes train in there to be loaded for network rail. I've been for a tour with the staff through the tunnel it's very impressive.
