I’m a nurse, and I have an idea: PAY US WHAT WE DESERVE and we’ll work for these hospitals. We literally keep people alive, and hospitals are offering us the same amount as the car washing attendant at some big gas station chains after forcing us to vaccinate or get fired. So… people left or got fired and went to work as a car washing attendant. 🤷🏼‍♀️

And whose fault is that? Cry me a river. You fired everyone who wouldn't get the Jim Jones Juice.

Anything but what we actually tell hospitals we need.

Shouldn't have mandated that thing...

If getting a license wasn’t that hard, or doing endorsement from other place’s licenses. We have done this to ourselves. There are tons of nurses working in lower paid jobs because of the need to endorse.
Maybe that’s what we want; to replace nurses with AI.

Here's a crazy idea: pay nurses more and give them more vacation time and benefits - make their jobs more appealing.
