hi, I have a question. at time line 38:37 the same form i have opened but i couldnt get the notes section in that. so i couldnt give the input like work notes and even if i want to email i cannot see that as the notes option is not visible. can you please tell me how we can get the notes option in that section plz

Quick question: Are emails in some type of queue, that Users/Notifications can subscribe to? Because as soon as you enabled the users notification, the email was (I guess resent automatically) without having to send the email again.

I do have one question, could you please clarify me
If I want to enable email notifications for one individual user, I can enable user settings (notifications).
But If I want to enable notifications for N number of users or N number of assignment groups, How can we achieve this?
