Sandwich formulas for rotation operators

Sometimes when doing calculations in quantum mechanics you may run into a construction, when Pauli matrices are surrounded by rotation operators. This may happen, for example, when you are calculating an operator for arbitrary rotations or performing a transition into the rotating frame.
