Just bought and Downloaded the new 2024 Lightroom Classic. My interface does not look like yours show. How can I get it to look like yours.

Hi there, what are the benefits or drawbacks of using a separate catalogue for each project? I use this method when I share or transfer the Lightroom file to a client for them to have the entire working file OR to move the entire working file to a separate drive or to store. Does this method make lightroom search for the other catalogues on the computer or does this method slow down lightroom? My workflow is I make a top folder with the client name on the drive, then 3 sub folder named RAW, Lightroom, Export. In lightroom I use a collection set with the session name, and collections named Full Session, Selects and Picks. The short question is are there any drawbacks or benefits in performance by working in this way? I'm a fashion/Portrait photographer.
