Day 1: Our Lady of Guadalupe–The Angel & the Poet King
Показать описание
Novena runs December 3-11th.
Today we learn about the poet king of Texcoco in Mexico. He observed the beauty of nature and suddenly realized that there must be a divine Creator of all that is. Shortly after this, his servant received a heavenly visitor, an angel, who gave him a prophecy to deliver to his master, the king. The prophecy came true and the king built a temple to the invisible and all powerful God, who made heaven and earth. Human sacrifice was offered in the other temples of his kingdom, but no human sacrifice was offered in this temple to the unknown God.
