Lorde's New 'Green Light' Music Video is EVERYTHING

The link takes you to a 0:20 second video, yeah and only about 10 of those seconds are part of the song ‘Im waiting for it’, so we are DYING to hear the rest! It’s upbeat, poppy and a bit electronic all in one! Then yesterday she uploaded five pictures, all of them were in black and white with only the color green radiating from the pictures!

She used these photos to make the big announcement that Green Light would be dropping this week! The cool part about these pictures is that they’re from a scavenger hunt she sent some lucky New Zealand fans on, on Tuesday night. Lorde wrote: “I’m so proud of this song. It’s very different, and kinda unexpected. It’s complex and funny and sad and joyous and it’ll make you DANCE.”

She went on to say, “It’s the first chapter to a story I’m gonna tell you, the story of the last 2 wild, fluorescent years of my life. This is where we begin.” Last we heard from Lorde music wise was about 4 years ago with her first album Pure Heroine and EP, The Love Club! So this album is long overdue!!

Who is super pumped about it? The teaser on her IG account has got me feeling all sorts of feels, but most importantly it made me wanna dance, no lie!!
