Electrostatics Rods Experiment 1a - Neutral vs Neutral

This short video shows the lack of effect between a polythene rod that has not been rubbed by a duster and a 2nd polythene rod that also has not been rubbed.

Neither rod has an overall charge so there is no electrostatic effect.
