Here's a simple moody painting tutorial with misty trees painted with gouache! I've really been enjoying painting sceneries like these lately, the painting process is very simple and straight-forward, but the result is usually very pretty and satisfying! I hope you also like this video and the painting, if you end up recreating it, I hope you enjoy the process! (Real-time process video is on my patreon page, which is linked below!)

MY PATREON:
I have a real time painting process video of this misty trees painting uploaded onto my patreon PLUS I have already an exclusive winter painting tutorial (and a real-time version as well) along with a physical rewards tier with a monthly mailed postcard and sticker!!

Truly amazing, this tutorial is really cool - the misty nature of the trees is very convincing. Watching it was so satisfying, I can't wait to try it this weekend. I was wondering if I can get the same outcome if I were to use acrylic paint instead of gouache? Its because the only gouache I have is the HIMI MIYA and they're too dry to get your kind of consistency with them ;(
