Fast and flowy, machine built mountain bike trails are my favorite - and there are more than you can shake a stick at in the Wayne National Forest at The Baileys Trail System. 58 miles as of now. We spent a weekend in a canin called Benton on The Baileys and rode the trails and some of the Hockhocking Adena Bikeway into Athens, OH. I think more and more people will start to discover how great this area is for cycling.

Sitting here in the rockies of Colorado I am admiring those flowy roller-coaster trails. 100 feet of vertical per mile is my happy place. I hope I get a chance to check those out someday. In the area I live in it is hard to put a road ride together that is long enough without getting into very busy roads. The dirt definitely takes more effort and a 20 mile ride is a good day.
