you might want to take a look at Hua Chenyu (also know as Hua Hua). There are great singers, and then there are great artists. Hua Hua is the definition of a great artist. His skill sets include: flawlessly mixing genres within songs, exceptional stage presence, delivery of emotion, brilliantly recomposing songs, and composing his own masterpieces. In some of his songs for a competition, he has to rewrite covers within 24 hours, and he developed new masterpieces.

Two introduction songs to Hua Hua are: "Nunchucks", and "Fake Monk". Emotional songs and covers that have been re-mastered are <Nanping Evening Bells>, <Dear Friend>, <Dad, I'm Home>, and <I Am What I Am>. There are so many other great songs (too many to list).

When looking at his videos, two things to keep in mind: 1) many of the shows have interviews. They can really help express more about the song and the artists. 2) By putting in "English subtitles" at the end of the song title during the search will get you subtitles. Sometimes there is just the Chinese show version, and then someone has added another version with the subtitles. Enjoy the journey into Hua Hua's fan base of Martians.
