I'm thankful for how dumb my employer was in their retaliation. Couldn't have set me up for success any better than they did. It hurts like hell to go through this but I know the fight is going to be worth it. Thank you for your great videos!

Had my EEOC investigation meeting this week, and that was loads of fun! I followed Lisa's advice by creating a timeline, and it saved me during the interview. I thought I was well documented and still had to feed the investigator answers and documentation that was already uploaded to the portal. I was trying so hard not to lose my cool and be professional about the situation. That interview was intense and nerve-racking! Prepare yourselves mentally prior to your meeting. You could tell the investigator did not put forth a ton of effort and was getting frustrated and lost in the details. We made it through it, and I only had to send 55 documents for the follow-up. Thank you, Lisa, for all of your amazing advice and support. Couldn't have done it without you! ❤

I went back after FMLA and they fell right in their own retaliation trap. Your channel is giving me the motivation to keep up the good fight.

You have taught me so much and instilled confidence in myself to keep fighting my fight. I was a victim of workplace discrimination and retaliation and filed a formal eeoc complaint back in February, i was recently retaliated against for the THIRD time by my ceo a few weeks ago. The google gods are a blessing for putting your videos on my timeline its helped me with so so much! I hope i win my case as soon as this is over im leaving the federal government 🎉

I had an employer call my new employer in retaliation; I was fired. My performance was excellent so he would have had to lie or give information that was not part of my employment. Another employer fired me after 4 days on the job. The employees were on Zoom all day. I logged onto my laptop before work, and I didn't realize Zoom audio was on, my co-workers overheard me complaining about being micro-managed and gave the boss a printed transcript of the Zoom audio. I was immediately fired!

This has been extremely helpful and confirmed a lot of the things I’ve been saying that these people do a lot of shady things. They think they can get away with it.

Thank you for your videos. I called out disability discrimination in an email, they called for a meeting to discuss the email (in which they refused any conversation about the email), then they provided a disciplinary form naming all my disability’s symptoms that needed to be “corrected” from that meeting. I could’ve had them on another form of discrimination, too, but I will actually have them on retaliation for that charge as well (I dropped it because I felt hopeless, which I watched another video about coworkers lying and covering). I find your videos very helpful in building my case against them.

I was recently terminated after 7 years and I feel like I have been discriminated and retaliated against due to me speaking out after the supervisor called me a B and my coworker a Speck and spit at him. Both allegations were covered up by the witnesses. I also reported sexual harassment and received a letter stating they were not going to look into it. I’m ready to fight 💪🏽

Miss Lisa again perfect timing I was just writing my introduction to my brief in opposition to def MSJ i used the temporal proximity in this. World love to get your content from next week as this is due next week and it will be helpful in drafting this brief as one of my claims is retaliation. Do you have an email or website I can contact you thru?

What's your opinion on applying for a job opening at the employer who fired you with a pending lawsuit? Do you think its an invitation for further punishment and for the employer to boost their claims in the pending lawsuit ? Its a large employer with thousands of employees etc. say if they hired you they can just use the new supervisor in the new department to find everything wrong with you and that will just bolster there alleged stated performance issues that they fired you for from the last department that prompted the lawsuit.
