Most irritating platform to publish web services. It doesn't even show the progress of uploading or unzipping files. Also no clear information as to what and how to do. It takes a lot of efforts for a newbie to get their website/service running. Also if it is a web application or API service, you need to add as an application. For that firstly upload and unzip the project files in some folder, now go to Create IIS Application, and add the folder in which your files are present.
