I never comment on videos but feel compelled to! I used to have the best sleep, 9+ hours every night and undisturbed throughout.. However I gave birth three months ago and had a pretty traumatic time resulting in being awake for 3 days straight and then incredible sleep deprivation for the first few weeks. I felt absolutely broken and exhausted, until I came across your stories. After every feed throughout the nights I listen to the bakery episodes and without fail I fall back to sleep each time. I cannot thank you enough for helping me get through the first stages of newborn life and easing away my sleep anxiety! I'm excited for more bakery stories in the future and (hopefully!) more sleep 😅❤
