The place depicted in the video looks like our society: exhaustively working out to have the "perfect" body, having a car, a job, always smiling to look satisfied etc. but, within this whole mess, Sevda is making music and having the time of her life dancing, offering a counternarrative to the monotony of a status driven society :)

Also, at the end of the video, Sevdaliza's vehicle goes to a direction and strong Grimes' to another, showing that Sev is finally confident enough to follow her own path.

ok, I think I understand the concept of the song and the video: the AI participation of Madonna, the robotic voice and the lyrics saying about not wanting to lose your youth and that nothing lasts forever, announce the new era that the world is entering from Artificial intelligence. Muscular bodies representing youth and health in an increasingly synthetic and artificial world. It is a very well structured message.
